Neckwarmer with side split

$69.00

A stylish way to keep your neck warm without the bulk of a scarf!

This is a 60cm long tube which you pop on over your head. It has a 56cm circumference at the top & is wider at the base. There is a split in the side seam measuring 25cm which enables the neckwarmer to sit well over the chest & upper back making it perfect for wearing under a jacket/jumper when you need to be extra warm! It also works perfectly as a stylish outer layer.

Dimensions of the neckwarmer are 60cm long with a circumference of 55cm at the top and 70cm at the base (chest).

This piece came about as a request from our local butcher who wanted something more than our regular neckwarmer whilst out on his motorbike!

please note: All measurements given are body measurements, and should be used as a guide only. In order to choose the best size, compare these measurements with your own body measurements. Keep in mind that Woolerina garments are very stretchy!

To get the best fit for a top or dress, use the chest and hip measurements.

To get the best fit for a bottom (pants/skirt/leggings), use the waist, hip and outside leg measurements.

how to measure: It is often helpful to get someone to help you take these measurements as taking your own can be tricky. Use a tape measure, keeping it flat against your body and keeping one finger on the inside of the tape next to the body. The tape should feel comfortable, not too tight or too loose.

CARING FOR YOUR WOOLERINA

The team at Woolerina, through their knowledge & experience, have selected the best fibre possible to be used in the Woolerina collection. This selection process ensures not only the highest quality, but also versatility and most importantly durability. With appropriate (& not too complex!) care, your Woolerina garments will give you a great deal of wearing pleasure!

Regular airing of your garments will keep them smelling fresh & reduce your washing.

washing

Woolerina garments can be either laundered or dry cleaned (‘P’ cycle) We recommend our products be machine washed on a gentle cycle (or hand washed) in warm water up to 40°c. You should always use a wool approved detergent (check out our very own Woolly Wash). Dry in shade. Do not bleach your Woolerina garments as these products will destroy the fibre (this includes NapiSan!).

Do not tumble dry your Woolerina garments. Wool will dry weight for weight quicker than cotton & if your garment is a little damp when you put it on, it will dry from your body heat & will not make you cold; it will actually generate heat from being wet!

For more information on caring for and storing your Woolerina garments, click here.

*please note - the above recommended care instructions DO NOT apply to the Woolerina X Waverley Mills Throw. Please refer to that product's specific care information.*

CALICO BAG PACKAGING

Each Woolerina garment comes to you packaged in a calico bag. These bags have been designed for you to keep to store your Woolerina pieces in and to hopefully avoid the unfortunate incidence of them being eaten by moths!

Calico was selected as it is a non-protein based fibre, meaning that moths and other nasty critters are not attracted to it as a food source and therefore are not attracted to the woollens (and their proteins) wrapped inside! The calico also allows for air flow around the garment enabling it to breathe.

Each and every calico bag is made by hand in our work rooms at Forbes.

You can read more about the calico bags here.
