Behind our workroom doors it is a hive of activity at this time of year as we start to bring our AW23 collection to life. It is always exciting to see the new season colours in the flesh. Next Winter's colour palette is made up of strong hues that we hope you love as much as we do!
Making in Australia continues to be at the heart of our philosophy - all design and pattern making is done in-house along with the cutting and sewing of the garments. It brings us so much joy to keep these traditional skills alive, not only in our workroom but also in our local community.
Our team of makers are busy finalising the new season patterns, cutting garments, constructing garments and of course, bagging and tagging garments ready for you, our customers!
We thought it would be nice to share with you some snippets of the workroom at this time, where you will see splashes of the new season colours.
New season fabric being rolled out, ready for cutting.
Garment pieces cut and ready for construction.
All the layers of fabric cut.
Pattern making.
Beanies cut in the turquoise and camel all ready for construction.
And finally our daily commute currently involves gumboots and quick splash through the flood water and over the bank to the workroom. We are all safe and dry but are thinking of those who have been badly affected by the floods and send our love.
Hope you have enjoyed the little snippet of our workroom.

Really enjoyed seeing the “behind the scenes” pics and the colours, oh my; I can’t wait! Take care in these wet conditions the roads are in a terrible state now.
Thank you for the look behind the scenes – lovely warm colours.
Hi Pippa.

Are they “the boots” still getting a work out??
Love to all
Lee
Would like raglan sleeves..?
Cammy tops?
If you ever do any..
The singlets show at front neckline of most tops..
Just a suggestion
So glad you escaped the flood waters altho the town must have suffered badly.
Our thoughts are with you all. Your new colours look vibrant & fun – looking forward to seeing the finished product

Looking forward to your winter collection
Sending you best wishes during this awful flooding and hoping you can remain dry in the workplace. It’s been so hard for us all with more rain coming. Bring on the sand bags. Good luck 🙏😘
